We aim to respond to all inquiries made online within 2 hours during our normal business hours. Inquiries made outside these hours will be answered following business day.

Our normal opening hours are: Mon - Sat: 9am - 6pm Sun: 11.30am - 5pm.

If you purchase a product and wish to return it for whatever reason, we will exchange or refund it upon receiving and inspecting the item.

Our warehosue is based in Canary Wharf, E14 8LG, if you wish to see a particular item please contact us to arrange a convenient time when you would like to visit and provide us with information about the item you wish to see so we can have it ready for you upon your arrival.

As soon as you place an order online you'll receive an automatically generated e-mail. A member of staff will then check your order as soon as possible, usually within 1 hours during normal business hours and send you further confirmation.

Please check the second e-mail carefully and let us know as soon as possible if any of the details are incorrect. If you do not receive the second e-mail within 2 days please let us know, as this suggests that we haven't received your order.
If all the items you've ordered are in stock, we will send your order out straightaway.
Delivery is by a next working day courier service, so if you ordered on say Wednesday afternoon your order would be despatched on Thursday for delivery on Friday. If you ordered earlier in the day on Wednesday we would try to despatch your order that day for delivery on Thursday, though at busy times of year this isn't always possible.

If your order is particularly urgent please let us know and we'll give it priority.
We recommend checking the item before signing to receive it. If the box or packaging looks severely damaged please refuse to accept the item from the courier. Contact us immediately and we will dispatch a new item to you. If you have any problems with receiving your item or the item being damage in any way, please contact us, we are always happy to help.
